hey forum, been off line for a bit hows everybody doin... question, if i have to change my battery in my 2001 xk8 do i need to have the car reprogrammed by jaguar in order for it to start again ? somebody told me some cars you just can"t change the battery like that....... is this soooo ?????????????? tony

 

With your car Tony, all you need to do is reset the windows and any memory functions and then go for a good drive.

Some US cars need a radio code. This is not common here, but it does happen. If so, you can get it from a dealer.
