I need to buy some small parts to finish my 1997 xk8. Anyone know where I can find the access cover for the inner left front fender that covers the area to access the windshield washer bottle. Also the knob for the drivers seat that lifts to tilt the seat forward and in the trunk near the two lights there are to missing access plates that cover wiring to the tail lights. Thanks, Bob

Bob, I can help with 3 of the 4. My seat knob is cashmere, but they are easily dyed or painted. The access panel is just the normal piece of plastic. I have the left, but not the right taillight connector cover. Those covers are hard to come by since lifting the tire cover tends to pop them off and they just disappear. Sometimes you are lucky and find them in the wheel well. If you want to discuss any or all, send a PM. Jim

Are you referring to the left front inner fender opening fof the washer bottle ? I would like the seat knob and trunk piece and if you have the inner fender piece. Yes the plastic panel I referred to is the what is called the Panel - Headlamp Access. It is part number HJA4583AD. The taillight access panel trim pieces are HJA5293AB/C and HJA5292AB/C. They are no longer available. The latest one to sell on eBay last week went for $20 + $5 shipping. There is currently a pair listed for $55.55+$8 shipping. Pretty rediculus for little pieces of plastic. If you want to discuss cost and shipping arrangements, PM me. I am not looking for market rate from forum members.
