Default Beautiful Jaguar Pictures on the Sotheby's auction site

I was sharing some of the stunning Jaguar images on the Sotheby's auction site with some friends and thought you might like to see them too.

Since this is an X100 list, the last link is a 2001 XKR Silverstone.

Lots more Jags and other models under their main auction page, you can search for just Jaguars.

Yes gorgeous pictures. I wonder what the Silverstone will go for? Were the coupe interiors different?

It appears the interior is slightly different than mine. The dash wood is not the birds eye maple and the surrounding material around the gearshift appears to be carbon fiber, along with chrome instrument rings. Were those different offerings in the coupes?

Dont know who did the valeting on the Silverstone one but they did a very good job. The interior is not to my taste but its still a nice looking car with comparatively low mileage.

frankc,& srpope80...

This is a Beautiful example of the "Silverstone" and they have added to the Beauty by installing "Victory Edition" Tail Lights....The "Silverstone" was the first "limited collector edition" XKR of which only 250 were sent to North America. They were all Platinum with a Black tops on the Convertibles. The Interiors all had Warm Charcoal leather with Red stitching and the Wheels were 20" BBS "Detroit's" with Brembo Brakes. I have a set of Silverstone Treadplates in my collection. They simplify say "XKR" with Checkered Flags at each end.
I hope they get a great price for the Car, as it is really clean. Maybe raise the Value of the X-100 over all!

That D-Type is absolutely lovely - I've always liked them.

The E-Type Lightweight is an odd one, because it was one a few built in recent years by Jaguar on some unused chassis numbers from 1963. I saw a TV programme about them being built, and I can't decide whether or not they should be classed as genuine 1963 cars. I know that during that programme they asked the Earl of March if they would be eligable for the Goodwood Revival, and he said 'no' because they don't allow modern recreations, although Jaguar class them as a 'continuation' rather than a 'recreation'. On that basis, I've decided not to buy it!
