BPM. HELP
Hi Guys,
Feeling very sick, I have a 2005 Jaguar xk8s which had a small fault with the BPM LJG2500CB xxx ( no leds on centre switches and no chirp on double locking) sent it to "Pelican Diagnostics" very bad decision has had it for two weeks and sent it back today and he has fried or bricked it so the car is dead.
I have another module I have bought from Auto reserve which I thought they could clone , just hope they have not buggered that up as well. Contacted Pelican and cant believe the abuse I got back calling me a liar and they hadn't done anything to the module.
SO NEVER NEVER USE "PELICAN DIAGNOSTICS"
So my question is now what are my options can anyone recommend someone/somebody who can help me, I'm in Bedford.

Ouch! Are you certain that the returned module was the one you sent to them?
Do not try to install the other module you bought. If it's a 2005, then you can not just swop modules. What exactly are the symptoms - no crank?, and is the car throwing any codes?

I just wanted to add to Michael's advice, your original symptoms are probably a dead active alarm sounder and a blown fuse. I would disconnect the alarm sounder (inside the right front wheel arch) and check all your fuses. You should also check your BPM is plugged in properly, no bent pins etc.
Just to repeat, check all your fuses before doing anything else.
