First let me say I guess my dislike of Volvo's and the typical volvo driver has been strongly reinforced. A friend of my wife's had his Volvo break down on him on Tues so I lent him the XK8. Went to use it for the first time today and seems that he broke one of the brackets on the drivers door handle. Anybody have any luck welding it and having it hold. Dislike the idea of having to get a used one and getting it painted as I'm assuming I can't just replace the handle itself correct.
