Default Broken/Missing Seat Belt Parts

I just finished my subwoofer replacement project today. I noticed a couple of broken missing parts on the passenger side seat belt There is a cover and a clip that keeps the belt from flying around when the belt is unused. Can these parts still be found or ordered? My guess is no, but I thought I would check anyway. See attached photos.

Thanks!

It's called a Seatbelt Escutcheon. The Part Number is GJA2487BAxxx (where xxx is your three letter trim code).

Forum sponsor S N G Barratt list a range of colours:

If they have your colour available, mention the forum for a 10% discount.

It will take some work as I discovered with the same parts on my '99 XK8. If yours is that color as shown try PM'ng Stetson (Frank Reed) as he has the remains of a black and tan XJR and he may have what you need. I've also had good success with LKQ Salvage which is a nationwide chain put you'll have to mask as little trim pieces don't get posted to eBay very often.

Yeah, probably the flimsiest of all the flimsy plastic bits on the XK8 and there are plenty!
JEPC & Alldata don't show it (or at least, I can't find it). TBH, I'd do what I did and superglue it back together.

Whatever you do, don't clip the seatbelt into it. Asking for trouble...

I'm with MichaelH, these things break so easily I never even thought of replacing them,in fact I'm surpised many of us still have them in place, but thanks to those who posted the sources. Maybe I'll look into picking up a couple of replacements someday.

the 'escutcheon' is the larger square trim pience through which the seatbelt enters the cabin. The clip is called a 'seatbelt webbing retainer' and its part number is GJA2447AAxxx
