Default Camshaft Cover Gasket

I was changing all 8 sparkplugs today but found about an inch of oil in #1 cylinder plug well. I need to order
new gaskets, but regarding the camshaft cover gaskets there are various versions, I guess, depending on
what the 'Change Point' is. I am not familiar with what this means and would appreciate (as always) any advice.

Check carefully if the brass threaded inserts are flush. If they have been pulled out and glued back in they can be proud of the surface and then the gasket does not seat and it leaks
