Default Car heal thyself dsc error code

I was driving my XKR last Saturday in a very spirited way. In sport mode and shifting through the gears, having a great time. I may take it to the drag strip tomorrow. Actually this was the first time since owning I have driven it this way. When I got back to my garage, the DSC error light was on, Oh hell WTF. I was going to start with cleaning the speed sensors tomorrow. I decided to take it to work today, the first time I have driven since last Saturday. When I started her up the DSC code was gone and stayed gone on my drive in to work.
Curious as to what may have happened, why it came on and why it reset.

I have learned to live with the random warning messages that unpredictably pop up with these cars. Often times they will go away on their own given enough time. The last one was the "check rear lights/no cruise control" message. Lasted about a week and I was ready to bring the car in but just as suddenly went away.

Pushing hard in corners can cause the dsc to function when a wheel tries to break loose. It was just a result of your exuberance and not cause for concern.

That's what I get for driving it like a sport car or like my SS Camaro.
Just a little haulin ***.

Thanks for both your responses. It does ease my concern.
