XK8 rag top, been in the garage for 6 months. Took it out last weekend and washed the dust etc off. Just fiddling around tonight and found the carpets behind the seats are damp. Certainly can't be from road wetness so must be as a result of the wash, but how?
Are there some drainage channels that take water from between the hood and rear wings or something in that area that could be the problem?

 

Jack the car up, remove the drain plugs,I left mine out for this reason.
