I have two CATS codes 1419 front right damper open and 1424 front left damper open. I do not have any messages on the instrument panel but the car is riding very hard, seeming like the shocks are in firm setting all the time. This is what prompted me to pull codes using auto engineuity.

I cut the wires going to the left front shock and measured the resistance across the sock at 7 ohms so it is not open (not sure what the resistance is supposed to be).

Any idea what this could be? Is 7 ohms the correct resistance for the shock? I have a spare CATS module which I could swap for the one that is in the car. I have not measured the resistance all the way forward from the connecter yet.
