The small bulb at the top-middle of the housing has failed and needs replacing. But I cannot find out how! I removed the inspection lid at the top of the housing, found the wires going in to the bulb and pulled. Out came just a brass coupler, not the bulb. Now the bulb still sits in a grey plastic tube, and I cannot get a grip on it and pull it out. Or should it be pulled out? I bought a set of rubber shod pliers so that I could avoid breaking the plastic "tube". But it still will not come out
