That's why I don't like it. It doesn't look original and it's not true to it's heritage. The E-Type was stylish, classy, elegant and was full of grace. The XJS is so beautiful, follows the E-Type almost perfectly. The First Gen XK is, while a different forumla is still stylish, classy and elegant without being outlandish or bland. This new XK, while likely an amazing car, doesn't have the same style. If I wanted a racing machine that merely looked naughty, I'd buy a proven track warrior in something like a GTR, Aston Martin or Audi.

I don't even know who makes a proper GT car anymore, let alone one that has the subtle, tasteful looks like our XKs do.

Tippman
Are you sure they are only making 16, Jag's web site will let you build one. They never mentioned a limited addition like the portfolio's or 175's

Kinda cool. The front look like a cats face. All that missing are the whiskers. Probably looks much hotter in black.

Looks pretty good in white, and red. Jags web site lets you build your own in any available color.

Ugly with a capitol "F". Too many slits in the body Up front and too much going on....looks way more Japanese than English unfortunately. Not a fan of where the XK has been heading in styling. It seems they are putting more "add-ons" or "tack-ons" onto it as this body style ages.

I dislike it less now that I read that article that Tippman posted.

Default Blah!

I'll keep my 1999!

To Porscheish in the rear. Spoiler like every other tack on piece of junk. Overall blocky looking. Sleekness is gone. I thought the next new XK8 would look more XKE like. Or at least I was hoping.

The 2007's are starting to look better to me.

550 horsepower and 501 torque. Now that's some torque right there.
