My 5 sp 280z that I've owned from new (1978-last year of original body style), gets even less use than the Pantera, probably not ten miles in the last 3 years. Make the trip and you can relive your Datsun Z days.

And Doug,
The Pantera's gear box which has the same type of 'H" gate as Ferraris, is so notchy and clunky that it's not a fun car to shift, but with so much torque, you can pretty much drive it around in 3rd gear (which is what I do when on the racetrack). But anytime you'd like to be chauffered around, it would be my pleasure.

Just like the XKR, this car will look good (and contemporary) in any era, side by side any of the newer supercars. (And I think, more attractive than most of them just like the XK)
