Aloha Fellow XK8ters,

I recently sorted out a faulty window was being caused by a wonky connection between the door and body that contains the wiring to the window/door:

Any suggestions as to how to decouple the fitting? It appears to be a soft plastic and I don't want to manhandle it without a little knowledge first.
