Default Door rattle when closing and window down

Not certain if this has been covered before but here's what I found today:

My RH door had an annoying rattle when the window was down and the door was swung shut. After removing the door panel - see the Righteous Reverend Sam's excellent video (no disrespect intended but I always get this mental image of a southern minister, dressed in white linen, pushing hard at the windshield of an XK8 and shouting "HEAL THIS JAG-U-AR!") - I removed the speaker and the portions of the weathershield that allow access to the inside of the door. Inside the bottom of the door I found two rub strips had fallen loose.

It's a bit tricky, and under NO circumstances should you operate the window with your hand inside the door ("OWW! Dang auto-down buttons!" to be immediately followed by a quick trip to the local doc-in-a-box) remove the inside upper sill inside strip (a small screwdriver at the end will begin the removal) in order to see what you're about to do. Observe the portion of the window that contacts the door skin when down by reaching in and pushing the glass gently toward the outside door skin. Before contorting your reach to reinstall the strips use a pair of pliers and gently squeeze the retention portion of the strips in a few places in order to tighten their grip and preclude their inevitable return to the bottom of the door. Placing the strips where they belong is a bit awkward, I found using a long 90 degree pick, perforating one end of the strip and lowering it in from the top will help hold it in position while you reach up from the lower access holes to finish pushing the strip onto the folded lip of the door skin, outside of the glass. It's a bit difficult to explain better, once you look and see for yourself it should become clear. Or not. Oh well, I tried to help...

You've got the description correct, except I shout "heal this jag-WIRE", not "jag-u-ar" LMAO!
