Default Convertible Top Will Not Budge - Peacock is open

What could jam up the top so it will not open either with the pump or manually? Can the rams jam up? I can disengage it from the front locking mechanism but can only move it a few inches after that.

I ordered some rams off ebay for 100 bucks so i will try that unless someone has another thought.

You need to unlock the top frame joints at the top of the rams before it can fold. It has an over-center locking joint design when it's all the way closed. Just behind the rear windows, inside the headliner, you can reach the ram tops with your hands. Push down on the joints at this location until they move enough to unlock. Then you can lower the whole top the rest of the way manually.

That's the right spot. It may take a little muscle to move it but should move down an inch or so then 'pop' downward a bit more on its own. Be sure the bypass valve is opened fully counterclockwise.
If the rams are too tight you could try using a ratchet strap to pull them down.

Thanks for your help, i kept pushing the passenger side, turns out the driver side was locked in the up position. I am not sure why this happened, never happened before. All systems are a go for now.
