Default Correct ABS module for my 1999 XK8

Hi gents.
I am back to pick your brains again .
I was driving with Traction Control Fail and Low Brake Fluid Warning (unwarranted mind you ) for quite a while, but slowly getting tired of it. It stayed off most of the time during the winter (if you could call it that in AZ), but as it warms up it's back on regular basis again. I cannot live without my Jag hence I don't want to be sending my module for repair while waiting. I decided to purchase one from eBay. However, I'd be delighted if someone could confirm the compatibility with my car. I snapped some pics to show the installed P/N (LNC2210BD w/traction control), and will provide them below along with the link to eBay auction with module I am looking to buy .
As usually, any feedback on this is greatly appreciated.
Best,
Danny.

Hi!

I believe I've got the correct module from eBay (used), but now that it is in my hands I am again at loss of confidence with brake bleeding procedure. I have purchased four check valves (speed bleeders), a dot 4 fluid, and feel pretty ready to rock'n'roll but...the question is do I need to bleed all four wheels when replacing the abs module? Am I supposed to pre bleed the system before I undo the ABS module lines?

Thanks in advance for your feedback!
Danny.

I have had my module off twice and did not bleed with no ill effects. If the replacement does not eliminate the codes, get your original rebuilt and put it back in.

Cycle the ignition (no need to start the engine) several times while you bleed. This runs the pump briefly each time the ignition is turned on and will cycle the fluid through.

This is very interesting. so you did not have any fluid coming out of the lines after you'd disconnected them? Srry if this is an obvious fact that I am just not aware of. The repair service is without doubt another alternative that I am keeping in mind in case that the replacement goes sour.
Thanks for the tip, WhiteXKR . I am definitely going to need any push available besides gravity hahah.
Thanks all for your time!
Will report back once my XK is roaming the roads code free again.

There were two drips from one of the lines. That may not be right, but the abs works properly and no codes show.

Seriously- 30 minute job to repair with a soldering iron.

If it does not work, put it back on and order a replacement. If you can cut plastic and hold a soldering iron to a fairly large solder point, you can fix it.

I was hesitant, but it is straight up EASY.

There is NO NEED to disconnect the hydraulic lines to renew the module. Just bend the lines to gain access to the mount fasteners and bend them back in place.

You will need a 5 pipe (6 valve JLM20555) from X308 or X100.
The LNC number means absolutely NOTHING as far as Jag numbers are concerned.

Check the VCATS label in the boot.
