Default Cost to change transmission fluid in XK8

I am not a mechanic and don't have the time or skills to do it myself so my question is what is the approximate cost to have the transmission fluid changed in my 2001 XK8 convertible with 84, 200 miles on it? I gather from reading the forum that this is a must, although I am not having any tranmission problems. Also, who should do it? A dealership or a trusted repair shop?

And I gather that I should have my tensioners changed, even though I have had no problems with them either. What would be the approximate cost and should I purchase the parts myself? Anyone know what the part numbers are and whether I need to do both primary and secondary tensioners?

Any good mechanics on Chicago's northshore that won't charge an arm and a leg? Thanks for any input.

The ZF 5HP24 repair manual states the the fluid must renewed every 10 years of service.

I bought Mobil1 Synthetic ATF for $7.99/QT at Meijer (of all places!), bought the transmission filter from RockAuto Auto Parts for about $14.00 and paid a shop 1 hour labor to change the fluid. The whole thing cost about $175.00. In the past people made a big deal about this service issue but, really, it is not that involved.

The tensioners were upgraded somewhere along the line - if you have the old ones, you'll want to get them changed. Someone with more knowledge will chime in, I'm sure...
