Default Coupe HRW wiring where is it ?

I dont think my HRW is working ..fuse ok but the wiring is not obvious in the trunk or is it behind the trim?
Left or right or is it on one side (dont think so ) Its a job for a contortionist working in the tunk so a heads up will save my back !!

One connector on each side, but behind the quarter casings, so seat out and panel(s) out. Beware of the plastic around the seat belt adjuster on the 'B' pillar.

Live (blue/yellow) is on the RHS, ground LHS.

Oh, for an easy life...

Found a screen on ebay with a good photo showing the connections so will try to access them with a couple of credit card sized metal plates to check for continuity as if it bust no point proceeding ..

I haven't had one fail completely - usually one or a few strips going O/C. Not sure which would be more annoying...
Can you just check for B+ on the RHS?

Good luck!

Well I adopted the famous Sun Tester saying of "Test dont Guess" . Whipped out the fuse , inserted some male lucar connectors and bridged with an ammeter ....drawing 20A so I think its working. Had some very heavy misting a week ago which it did not seem to clear and this is what mislead me to thinking its not working ...test dont guess !

LOL. I think we're all guilty of that from time to time.

Glad it was the $0 fix
