Cover waterproofing?

Talking Cover waterproofing?
Hello this evening. I have a car cover which is of good quality but lets the water IN. I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a product which I can use to make the cover waterproof again?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Also 303 is good but not a long term water proof more a water protectant.

Just be careful not to seal it up completely. The cover needs to be able to breathe some to avoid heat build up and allow trapped moisture to escape.
