My Cruise on my 1998 XK8 works fine for a few miles then quits. The light on the Console goes out and a Fault phrase comes up on the Dash. Can't remember exactually what it says but it dosen't say Cruise problem or Engine fault or Suspension or brakes ... I can pull off the road and turn the Ignition off for a few minuites and go again. Same thing again. I looked about the Vacuum hose, removed the Brake Switch and drilled a very small hole in each switch and sprayed Contact Cleaner like I did years ago which cured my last Jag and cured it. Any different idease
