Dash Covering Material
Does anyone know if the material covering the dash on the XK8/XKR is vinyl or leather? In addition has anyone used velcro tape on this material and if so were there any problems associated there with?

It's vinyl/plastic. I have velcro on a Sirius antenna on the dash. It may not work very well in Florida due to the amount of sunlight and heat generated. When hot the glue on the velcro gets very soft.
