Default Differential fluid change

Has anyone changed the differential fluid without having to drop the rear end of an XK8 or know of listed procedures to do so?

Thanks.

The JTIS says it's sealed for life but we all know how well that worked out with the transmissions. I too would be interested in the procedure for changing it.

Here is a way:
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...iff-oil-71492/

You could also take of the rear strut brace (not sure the naming, so attached the picture), that way you have easier access to take out the filling plug, and syphon out/refill the oil.

You can use Castrol Syntrax Longlife for instance.
