DRLs

I understand that cars shipped to areas that require DRLs use the fog lights as DRLs. Can the BCM be programmed on any car to turn on this DRL feature?

there is a couple options can remember off hand.. but there is one that turns on fog lights with hibeams.. its called scandanavian spec.. will have to check to see about just fog s coming on..
