none of you did this? without throttle heating you will have more fresh air into the engine inlet.

 

Others will probably know more than me but ............ there is a "thermostatic air valve" in the throttle body - a wax capsule that enables engine starting at low engine temperatures. It is fully open at a coolant temperature of approx. -30 deg.C. and progressively closes until fully closed at +40 deg.C. It is the flow of coolant through the throttle body that controls this valve. So ....... I'm not sure that you would get more fresh air into the engine inlet once the engine was up to "normal" operating temperature. I think it's a bit like the "choke" we used to have before electrickery took over.
