Default exhaust bolts

I just bought new exhaust bolts and got 2 different ones. Which is correct?

Other than the one on the left has pre-applied thread lock?

yes, is the thread lock material supposed to be on them. If yes, do I use blue threadlocker on all the rest?

The code number in the last line on the coated bolt looks a lot later than the plain one. Manufacturers like coated bolts to speed up production so it looks like Jaguar could have changed their spec. Because the bolt dimensions remain unchanged, the P/N would not have been changed.

Your favourite brand of thread lock should be OK for plain bolts.
