failsafe and restricted

failsafe and restricted
was just driving for about 30 min. shut down for 45 min. then started went 1/4 mi and car went into failsafr and restricted mode. no throtle responce, slow pickup. engine running rough. pulled over setarted , no help. drove slow pulled over waited for 15 min. started engine lite on but run fine for 10 miled then faolsafe & restricked light came and low throtle responce. HELP ?
