Default Fog Lamp Issue

Hi. I have (and love) a 2004 XK8.

It seems that the right fog lamp cannot be controlled independently of the left.
Left switch shows Green. Right shows Amber.
Left switch seems to turn both on and off. Left, other than illuminating the switch light, seems to do nothing.

I don't really have a need to operate independently, but, would like to know if this is normal. If not, any ideas? Thanks.

The switch on the left is the front fog lamps and the switch on the right is for the rear fog lamps. I hope that is what you are looking for.

LOL, turn your lights on (not just the markers) hit that right button, and go to the rear of the car to take a peek.

Good for heavy downpours and severe fog conditions. Otherwise, don't turn them on, it just looks cheesy in clear conditions.

However, if someone is riding your tail and you want them to back off just turn them on and watch them drift back quickly. Keep in mind it is a onetime thing.

^^ I've done that...they think I'm braking, when I'm not. I do get a kick out of it.
