Front end is low
So my front tires are wearing inside, camber is at -1.3 and -1.6 caster at 5.8 and 5.8. And ride height is 1.5 inch below spec. I changed shock mounts, shocks, and upper wishbone bushings 5 years and 23,000 miles ago. It is a 2001 xk8 convertible with 114,000 miles on it.
I do not recall if I measured the ride height when I replaced those parts.
Do I need new shock mounts and maybe new springs now?

Which front shock mounts did you install? My Welsh poly front shock mounts were installed not quite 4 years and 21,000 miles ago and they continue to perform perfectly today along with the new Bilstein front shocks that were installed at the same time....
if you replaced the upper mounts with OEM foam mounts, then most likely they are failing. I replaced with oem foam and 4 years later had to replace again as the foam turned to dust.. It's not so much the mileage but the age and heat that will cause them to fail.
Pop the hood and look at the top of shock tower. If the foam is crumbling or the bolt is off-center, then the foam uppers need replaced. Springs may or may not be failing but at the mileage, I would replace along with any bushings that may need it. Welsh makes a good poly replacement which should get you to the 15.75 in ride height.

It is possible, also, that the lower bushings on the shocks have worn out.
In my case, it was all three. I believe my ride height in front was like 14.75 or something before I undertook the current project.
I would think the shocks are probably fine. I would still be suspicious of the shock mounts. Mine, when viewed from the top, looked fine and almost new. It wasn't until I removed the shock/spring/mount assembly that I saw how destroyed they were. Maybe a few millimeters of material left and had degraded badly.
Like Steve said, if you're going to replace shock mounts, you might as well replace springs, too, since they'll be off anyway. At my mileage, they were definitely worn once I compared them to the new ones.

If you do end up replacing your springs, please share a link to the ones you buy.
I need to replace mine sometime soon, so it would save me some time looking

They are made by suplex, and appear identical to original ones. They are special order, so they'll take a while to get out to you. I think I got mine after about a month or so, but it was part of a bigger order with other special parts, so who knows which part was actually the hardest to source.
