I got it from the Jaguar dealership. They come in 2 sizes.
They are on the boot of the XJ and the XF. $65.00 I think.
They come with an adhesive back. I glued 2 bolts into the back with epoxy so I could fasten it to the grill.

Well, the plates are issued by the state and technically are state property - even the personalized ones. Technically shouldn't alter them in any way, but the cops seem to give the ones we are discussing a break (at least here in Commiefornia). Speaking of personalized plates, going to pick up my "X308 SC" from the DMV tomorrow.
