Sorry, i donīt unterstand your question,
i only used double-face adhesive tape and stainless steel mounting brackets
to fix below the overriders.

I made an S shaped aluminum bracket for the lower bumper. Stainless bolts keeps it all on. You'll want to be just above curb height because eventually you will make contact, like it or not.

SoCal is really the Kingdom of Petty. This is not so much a recent development, Doug. Has been happening for years. I no longer park any of my plate-less cars in public parking areas. As you say, too easy for the lazy ticket writers.
