Default fuel filter and grease job

We bought a 1998 xk8 for a weekend driver, While checking out the car I found grease zerts on the half shafts but none on the driveshafts, are there any more hidden grease zerts I don`t know about, I have change the oil and want to change the fuel filter, how and where do I bleed the pressure off from the fuel system, I asume it is under pressure at all times and don`t want to get sprayed with fuel. also do I remove the nut in the center of the fuel filter bracket or remove the bracket completely from the floorboard.

Rev, I actually changed my fuel filter w/o doing anything special...except keeping the key out of the ignition. If you unbolt it slowly, you can contain the spilled fuel easily...and bleed the remaining pressure, I think maybe 4-6 ounces came out upon disconnection.

I also only found a total of 4 Grease Fittings at the rear, 2 on each half-shaft. Would also be interested to find out if there are any others hiding some where...
