Well well well...
The little princess is a lying pos.
Good thing I spoke to her insurance company prior to sending her Daddy the nice letter...the little turd ball is now claiming there was prior damage.
I asked the lovely little csr at State Farm..."I gotta believe if she noticed the damage prior she would not have hit the car."...
so...all you cynics out there...YOU WERE RIGHT!!

What a disappointment. I feel your pain. But what I do not understand is why she initially decided to do the right thing and report the accident and is now trying to weasel out of it. If she didn't initially have good intentions, why did she report it in the first place rather than just doing the typical hit-and-run as so many worthless punks do?

Well, meeting the adjuster today at my preferred body shop. They need to measure my front height vs the rear height of the 2005 Neon...(eh gads...Gored...by a Neon!!....to paraphrase David E Davis Jr)..to see if she could have caused this....I'm not making this up.
I have to believe State Farm already knows the ride height of every car on earth...but hey, I need to go there anyway for the body shop estimate.
Cold cruddy rainy upstate NY day...no RainX on the windshield..drove in 20 miles to office. Boy I love this car, it seems w/the extra humidity the leather smell was more pronounced than usual
