As has been discussed earlier on this forum I decided to recover my headliner and a-pillars in a micro suede at the first sign of sagging.
I was thrilled with the results, the interior really has an almost formal library like feel with the suede and all the wood. The only problem was the sun-visors now stuck out like a soar thumb.
While i was able to do the headliner and pillars myself there was no way i could do the visors.
It seems most places do not want to touch them for fear of breaking the mirrors. It was only after pulling the mirrors that I was able to get a shop to do them and even then they would not guarantee that the visors would come out perfect. Overall they are more than acceptable. They folded the material over the visor and tried their best to hide the stitching, the biggest problem area was around the bendable winged edges, it is not perfect but more than good enough and at-least it got rid of that ugly airbag warning. The cost was only 50 dollars for the pair which was more than reasonable.
