Like:
No body strip
Wheels
Seats
Lowered ride height

Don't like:
Doors
Leaper
Quilted door panels

Really like the behind the seats "panel" (pictured above) I want one!

As long as mods like this keep taking place the value of a factory xkr/xk8 can only increase.

Not bad. I have seen worse, I dig the interior. WHeels.

Doors no so much, I think stitching and piping have its place on jag interiors

I can't see myself sitting in a car park on a chair behind my car watching a video or so, but I gues for a certain generation it looks like a very cool car to have ;-)

And what generation is that exactly? I'm trying to decide if I should be offended or not...

IMO, part of the beauty of a British car is that they are understated. Crazy scissor doors and neon lights are for the ricer crowd and it just seems wrong on something like a Jag.

That said, I do kind of like the treatment on the seats. Sort of along the lines of the Bentley Continental GTC.

Speaking of seats:
Avos, I'm curious if have you done anything to the seats in your car? With all that power I would imagine you have had to. The stock R seats just don't have enough bolster for "spirited" driving.

Am pretty young myself (even more so at mind), and I endorse diversity which was my wink for, and can just imagine that for some this will be a very cool car just not for me. One of the things that attracts me so much about the car is it classic look also from the inside, there isn’t much I would like to change there.

Unfortunately I Am tied more or less to the original seats, I am pretty long, and only the original seats give good comfort as they are able (via a seat extension) to go further to the back and also a little lower. But I agree with you, they are just not right for spirited driving at all.

Default I've...

Seen this advertised somewhere. I liked it until I looked at all the pictures and discovered its got lambo doors. They are just obscene - the guy who did this should be taken and shot at dawn - IMO. Who would by a car like this and then do that do it? I thought the same when a saw a Nissan R34 Skyline with lambo doors - butchery at its most obscene!

To me this looks like the exhuberance of youth. They're never happy with what they've got and have to mod it to the max. I'm willing to bet the owner is in his mid - late twenties with more money than sense.
If not, he's got some explaining to do.
Personally i like it, apart from the gull wing doors, and too much quilting.
The rest of it i could quite happily live with

According to the site these mods were done in Russia.
TECH HEIGHT: Jaguar XK8 Convertible from a Russian studio

This is from the site:

Specialists from Russia's Status Design studio tailor-made sports car tuning program for the Jaguar XK8 Convertible. Despite the fact that, technically, the car remained the same, its exterior and interior have undergone significant changes.
First things first, XK8 convertible has been put on the big 20-inch wheels OZ mnogospitsevye black, and his body is painted in an exclusive color Ruby Red. Placed on the hood figurine Jaguar, and the grille is made up of polished wafers. In addition, aftermarket Jaguar XK8 by Status Design distinguish open up a guillotine door, carbon plate, covering the roof, when it is in the folded state, as well as new sills and lowered suspension. Inside - the standard chair gave way to sport Recaro seats with carbon-backed upholstered Alcantara. Instead of back sofa tuners placed audio a hi-end with two subwoofers and two-piece set of door speakers. In addition, the interior of this Jaguar boasts carboxylic dash trim, decorated with wood steering wheel, leather steering wheel with contrasting red floor and re-stitched constructed tent roof, which has got the inside upholstery Alcantara. Finally, experts from the Status Design completely redesigned trunk panel, and the lid have built in acoustics and the display, which is duplicated image golovnoygo devices from the salon.

I'm curious. I have heard the term "ricer"used several times on the forum. What does that mean?

A Japanese car that has been modified to the max (Boy Racer from the land of Rice Eaters).

Something along the lines of a fully modded out Honda Civic.

With age comes wisdom with youth exuberance. I do snicker at some of the "ricers" I see but then I remember what, as a kid, we would try to do with Plymouth Dusters or Chevy Camaro's.

Thanks for the explanation Guys. Remind me to never use that term.

Here is the link to the company in Russia that did the mod to the Jag.
