Hey Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has had to replace their headliner and if so what material/brand did you use to match it to the sun visors.

I am looking to do alcantara or synthetic alcantara as I hate the stock gray they used on the car, it looks cheap in my mind.

I also should mention I have a gray headliner which I believe came in most XKR's back then.

I had to replace the headliner in my 2004 XKR. There was a significant droop above the passenger seat and the fabric on both A pillars was loose. I considered, read and researched on doing it myself, but finally decided to let the pros handle this task. Took the car to a British car restoration shop in Waynesboro VA. So, I can't answer your question regarding fabric type, but, if you choose the route I took, it will cost about $400. It turned out perfectly and, in my opinion, it was money well spent.
