Headrest Motor
I know there are posts on fixing the headrest when the motor turns but nothing happens (i did this fix on both already thanks for the info).
My new problem is the drivers seat headrest motor does not start when i fold the seat forward. I can raise and lower it from the seat controls (however it starts and stops), but nothing happens when i use the backrest side switch. Leads me to believe its the backrest side switch causing the problem but i would rather not tackle that unless i am sure.

On my 2005 the headrest lower/raise operates from this microswitch:
XK8 RH Headrest MicroSwitch.pdf
As a test to check it operates - with the seat folded forwards, pressing down on the switch blade raises the headrest as if the seat had been put back to the upright position.
It's probable you've got a faulty /dirty microswitch or damage in the wiring to it.
