Default Hello and help!

I just joined this forum and already have gotten a warm welcome and help identifying parts. I need a fuel line regulator (mine is leaking) and have had no luck with the dealer or a jaguar parts place. Might anyone know where I can find one. It’s the part circled in yellow. Thank you.

You probably should add your year and other vehicle info to the signature. This info is critical due to changes over the XK8 model run. Our group will help when we have needed info.

Sorry. Picture loads to 100% on my screen then disappears when I hit Upload. Will keep trying.

Default Year and model.

Hello. Sorry, I did that in setting - not sure why it’s gone. I have a 06 XK8 Cabriolet. Thanks.

Looking at the SNG Barratt Cat (sngbarratt.com), there are 2 sensors listed. There is one at Fuel rail on engine, Part 4 (AJ87977 for 4.2L) and one at the rear on fuel tank Part 2 (LJB1624AA, all) Your can enter correct part # on Google or E-Bay and perhaps locate a source. Or Forum sponsors are good sources for parts Hope this helps

Your photo shows what I suspect is the Fuel Pulse Damper on the 4.2L engine. I am not able to locate it in the Cat. so no part # to share. Probably a phone call with your VIN# to SNG Barratt will yield a part for you. Perhaps another member has a part # and will chime in.

Default Great. ..

Hello and thank you. Another member told me the damper was the one circled in red and that the regulator was circled in yellow. Thank you for clearing that up. I’ll try calling them.

Default Found it!

Hello everyone. I found the part at Stevinson Auto in Colorado. The part no. is C2N2587. The guy was really helpful. I sent him a picture of the part and he compared it. $182 and I’ll get it in 3 business days. Thank you r everyone for all the helpful information.
