Default Help identify connector

I found this connector near the battery of my 2005 XK8.
There is a nav unit and a CD changer back there that both work.
I have no idea what it’s purpose might be.

May well be for the transit relay. Tuck it out of the way and do not let it short out.

Removed during PDI and the connector deliberately tucked out of the way until some inquisitive owner discovers it.

There are also usually several other unused connectors on the vehicle for options which have not been fitted.
