Is there a separate adjustment for the hi beams anywhere? My low beams are correctly adjusted but when I hit the hi beams, they point below the cutoff of the low beams and I actually lose sight distance! These are the H1/9005 combos on the 99 xk8's.

 

Do you have 'headlamp leveling' on your model? If so, check the switch on the dash is not set to Position 3:

'Fraid not, switch not seen much in the US version. Didn't think there was a separate adjustment but I was hoping there was something I missed.
