Hi Guys,
I am brand new to this forum having just bought a 2000 XK8 4.0. Unbelievably it has covered just 27,000mls from new with one previous owner and full Jag history and is in mint condition. However it occasionally holds on to 1st gear and wont change up. If I stop and restart it clears. Only fault shows is gear selector switch which jaguar state wouldn't affect the gear not changing up. Any help appreciated.
