Default How to adjust hood(bonnet) gap

I have tried repeatedly to close the gap between the hood and front facsia on the front of the Xkr by loosening the three bolts on each side that hold the hood to the hinges with no visible improvement.
The tips of the hood facing the cabin are slightly above the line of the fenders(wings).
Any ideas how to bring the hood forward?

Assuming the front bumper is correctly aligned and there has been no damage either to the bonnet panel itself or the hinges, adjustment should be the same as installing.

Here is the JTIS procedure for removal and installation. Hope it helps:

The only adjustment is either at the hinges or the striker/buffers.

Not a job to try single handed.

Thankyou Graham.
I had not thought of also loosening the stricker/buffer bolts at the same time. I will give it another go.

Here is the problem.

From this pic, it first needs to move forwards on both the hinges to approximately halve the gap between the front edge of the bonnet and the bumper:

That will pull the rear edge forwards the by same amount to bring it into line with the fender:

Once you have it located correctly with an even gap all around, if it is too high (or too low), this can be adjusted on the striker/buffer bolts.
