How to deactivate passenger airbag in 1999 RHD XKR

Hi

Is it possible, and if so how, to deactivate the passenger airbag in my 1999 Jag XKR - Right hand drive?

I have this publication archived for the North American market, and I can't find anything on the factory sites for Rest of World cars. It has probably been taken down, due to age.
I can't speak to whether any of the parts are still available.
