Looking for an old set of hydraulic hoses for XK8 roof. Would like to have a set to give to my hose maker. That way as I feed my old ones out can feed in the new ones. Out with the bad in with the good.

Just get them from https://www.tophydraulicsinc.com/en/36-jaguar. You will get quality hoses that fit perfectly and are properly marked for ease of installation. I highly recommend them.

When I did mine I found that it was easy to run the new lines without chasing the old one on its way out. The new ones will be a lot smaller in diameter. In fact I cut up the old lines to speed the removal process.

Its great that you are planning ahead but I think you will be fine.

Wayne (cjd777) and I used Top Hydraulic hoses when we did his 2000 XK8's rear hoses and rams back in March/April 2015. They are superb quality. Just order from them and you will be fine....

Ordered the hoses from Top Hydraulics and was pleased with the product and their support.

This is a very labor intensive project. You don't want to do it twice. Get the good stuff.

 

I sent an old hydraulic top latch hose set to you USPS.
You should have them by now.
