As much as the spoked wheels look fantastic, I could never bring myself to buy them. I spend enough time messing about with my motorcycles trying to keep these damn things looking good the last thing I want is another headache

Wire wheels are a PITA........ If they are not top quality they rust and keeping the damn things clean is a never ending job...... As you can tell I am not a fan but they do look good on a XK120.... Personally I don't think they work on modern cars

Sorry but that doesnt work for me at all. People think the Revolver wheel is ugly on an XK8............wow this tops the ugly scale for me

Default Hate wires

I had a set of wire wheels on my '64 hot rodded E-Type. The thing was always snapping wires on throttle and getting the wheel fixed was wicked costly. They stopped looking good to me at around $500 in spoke repairs (this was in the 1970s).
