Exclamation IAT Sensor ? - RESOLVED

Where, exactly, is the "Intake Airflow Temperature Sensor" on a 2000 XK8 ? I've seen several versions/suggestions. I need the truth.

He who seeks the IAT must first find the relevant forum.

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to XK8/XKR forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.

Default Isn’t that built into the MAF sensor?

Wasn’t aware there was a separate air intake temp. Isn’t it part of the MAF sensor on the air tunnel?

it is part of the MAF. it is the bulb part 1/3 down the shaft that is sometimes incorrectly thought to be the mass sensor. the mass sensor is up in the head of the MAF assembly.

Great. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Nice to know my postings are useful. Distance is no problem on these forums. If you fancy nipping over to my local we can have a drink to celebrate.
