i'm sorry - whats the rec engine oil again

for a 1998 XK8 - i can't find the link and i'm popping in the garage tomorrow.

Here in the UK Jaguar recommend Castrol grade 5W-30

I just love the part about"if you are operating outside of the above range consult your dealer"

range -20F to 122 F. If you are out side of these ranges I say MOVE!

In theory, I should be consulting my dealer for 2-3 months a year. -20F* is kinda normal here.
