I purchased a door lock for my ailing XK8s drivers door for only £33. When it arrived it was for the passenger door so I e mailed the supplier to point this out . 1 hour later there was a knock at the door and a man from the company had brought me the right bit ..Unbelievable good service.

I’ll pile on here and say that my experience with Andy at Auto Reserve was excellent (and I’m in the U.S.)

After I placed an order that included a seat squab I realized it was the wrong type (design changed during my model year). I emailed in a panic, and he put the order on hold and asked for the VIN and photos so he knew what I needed, then happily refunded that portion of my payment because he didn’t have mine in stock. The other used parts I bought were in better condition than I expected, and the reasonable price made up for the (understandably significant) cost of shipping from the UK.
10/10 - would recommend.
