Default Jaguar OBD-II Codes Please Sticky these

I don't know where I found these, but they should come in handy for many of us.

Attached are all the "Jaguar Specific" OBD-II codes from P1100 to P1918.

Would someone please add them to the "How-to/DIY/Facts and Data" sticky?

Thanks!

Ciao Jim M

Jim-

I know you posted this with the best of intentions, but these generic Internet lists are rife with errors. For example:

"P1111 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Circuit Intermittent High Voltage" is not true. P1111 is not even a Jaguar error code, it means all emissions tests are completed.

In addition, some Jaguar fault codes change meaning depending on model and model year.

The most reliable information is Jaguar Service literature. The codes are available if you download JTIS and Gus has also posted on his site here: http://www.jagrepair.com/JaguarXK8ElectricalOBDIIcodes.htm

No offense taken Steve. I had hoped this might help those who can't get JTIS to work - like ME!

Funny that you immediately went to P1111. I wondered about that one too.

Ciao!

You can download the Jaguar DTC listing (extracted from JTIS) for your 2003MY from my MediaFire account by following this link:

It's in PDF format.

If you ever get a code on a Jag that isn't in any of the official lists, then have a look in here
