If you used a credit card, dispute the charges! [sm=icon_flaming.gif]

I too may have been had. I ordered a key fab from the same site last Monday. It has been a week and have received the same USPS email. I'll start calling tomorrow and see if I get any where. Thanks for the heads up. Hope we can get our $ back of a delivery soon!!!!!

I don't know the vendor and it could still be a scam, but I have ordered several things (off eBay and elsewhere) and gotten similar messages. Most companies can print off the labels and get tracking numbers online. They then call for a pickup and the website doesn't get updated until later. I've even had items arrive before the website was updated.

Hope you get your items, or can chargeback your CC. Good Luck!

Just following up on the thread; Be careful where you buy. I DO NOT recommend www.originalkeyless.com I ordered a remote back on 4/16/08 and as of 5/09/08 still have not received it. They say it can take up to 21 days. 21 days from AZ to IN? The only communications I have had with them is via email. They will not answer the phone, if there is one.I now have had to dispute the charge with my card company, what a hassle......

Well that is good to know for people in the future. For anyone I referred there, my humble apologies.
It is weird as many people used them and were happy. Funny how things can spiral downward quickly.

Certainlynot your fault FactoryJaguarTech. Maybe it is just my bad luck. I just wanted to pass on my experience.

I send my apologies to www.originalkeyless.com. I did finally receive my remote today. I ordered on the 16th of April, they shipped on the 21st of April and I received it on the 12th of May. They took 5 days to ship and it took 21 days to get here. The remote is used, (as advertised) and appears to be in working order. If you go to their web site they are trying to get set up with UPS for their deliveries. Obviously they are having problems with USPS. Maybe www.originalkeyless.com is worth another try……

Well newbie, if your remote ends up taking around 21 days to arrive, I hope you will also post an retraction as wisfwa was kind enough to do. You've got another 3 days, and I would expect another day delay due to memorial day also. Nothing like an accusational, negative comment as your first post, eh? You must not do much online purchasing, as you would know, not everyone can deliver goods in 7-10 days as we would like. USPS is cheaper (which you saved on, otherwise, you could have offered to pay for a more expedient delivery). I hope you get your remote, and you return to this thread accordingly.

Update - My order I made on May 5th has still not arrived (June 4th)and they are not responding to emails. They sent me a shipping notice on May 6th. They do state it takes up to 21 days, but I'm well past that point. From a customer service standpoint they are very poor and you are better off ordering elsewhere from my experience so far.

I will be proceeding with my credit card company to challenge the charge since they are not responding to email.

Why the negative tone in your prior postr It is now June 7th and still no remote. I ordered the remote originally on May 5th and they sent a shipping notice the next day. I order on-line all the time and I have postive feedback rating on Ebay over 900. I'm just rying to warn others of my personal experience with this vendor.

They did not reply to multiple emails. They finally responded yesterday after I sent an email stating I was going to my credit card company to dispute the charges. THis has beena horrible customer experience and I stand by my prior post.Order elsewhere.
